There are many reasons I took up yoga last year. Including:

Promotes flexibility and overall health
Complementary to other exercise regimes
Low cost-of-entry
Ease of access to yoga-related material
Ability to breathe fire, fly, and stop time with my mind (Let's see Pilates do that!)
Ability to wear obscure t-shirts that about 1 out of 10 people will get
